We always start with an interview with the customer. After finding out his expectations, we can do our best to satisfy him. Maria - the CEO - wanted us to build a custom Customer Relationship Management - website with the possibility of connecting blog and store.

The very limited budget forced us to buy the completed, but proffesional project.

Making decisions

We created a plan of our work, chose a team working on the project, and picked out the suitable technology. In this project, we were using PHP, Figma, and Netlify.

Development and hosting

We developed the design, created subpages, and hosted the website.

Maria Kobryń is the CEO of a Blueshell Legal - law firm located in the capital of Poland. There are many law firms in Warsaw, so it isn't easy to find customers. Blueshell Legal wanted to distinguish itself, so Maria asked us to build a custom CRM that is robust and full of features. She wanted a product that was missing in the Polish market. Good shot! Creating special and unique projects is our specialty.

When we asked Maria why she chose spinbits to work with, she said that she had compared tons of offers from other software houses from and outside of Poland. She decided to pick spinbits because of our professionalism, knowledge, pro-customer, and pro-business approach - music to our ears!

We proposed a budget comparable to the competition but with the use of the newest technologies and solutions. We always explain everything, so the customer knows where each cent goes - no hidden costs!

After the interview with Maria, we exactly knew what to do. Because of her limited budget, we had to buy a ready-made project -as good, or even better than the competition.

Then we got down to creating the website. We decided to use Figma, Netlify, and PHP adequate for the client's budget solution. There are a few sections on the website. Home page with the most important information. Subpage "services" with different fields that Blueshell Legal works with, ex.: real estate, copyright, or corporate law. Subpage "team" where a potential client can find everything about lawyers, attorneys, and legal counsels working in the law firm. The last subpage is the blog, where news, blog posts, and other interesting stuff from the legal industry are published. Blog helps with optimizing the website for SEO. When we finished our cooperation, Maria noted a 60% increase in the number of customers!
